Shipping 

Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your order via UPS Ground.

Please note in some instances the tracking information may not be available for 1-2 business days due to the timing of receiving carrier scans.

Backorders items will be processed, charged and shipped as they become available. You will receive an email shipping confirmation for all items as they are shipped.

Returns

While we take pride in every IL CAPRICCIO by Casa Koreana product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry are final sales. Sale merchandise may only be returned to a store for an exchange.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com along with your online gift receipt. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online or at any ILCAPRICCIO boutique. Our return address is: 169 E. City Place Drive Santa Ana CA 92705.

IL CAPRICCIO merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.


RETURNS TO A STORE, BY MAIL, & EXPRESS EXCHANGES


Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:


A. Return To A Store:

Returning has never been easier. Simply bring the item(s), along with your original receipt, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order, to IL CAPRICCIO retail store. You will be refunded the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes. Please note shipping charges are not refunded.  Our Store is located on: 169 E. City Place Drive Santa Ana CA 92705 (Across from the Main Place Mall)


B. Return By Mail:

Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

If you used the pre-addressed UPS authorized return service (ARS) label. It will cause an adjustment of $6.99 to your expected refund amount. Please refer to the UPS exchange and returned label instructions on your original invoice for specific information.

Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

Refunds are processed 72 hours after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

C. Express Exchange:

Simply call this number: 1 (714) 972-8170, and order your replacement merchandise via Express Exchange. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no extra charge for shipping and handling. We will charge your credit card for new merchandise and refund your credit card for your returned merchandise upon receipt.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT

If you wish to return your item to ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com, simply include a note along with your order that includes your order number and your full name (you can find the order number on the order confirmation email you originally received or if you were a registered ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com shopper at the time by logging in to your ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com account and viewing your order history). If you wish to return your item to a store, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or lesser value. GIFT RETURNS

To return an item you received as a gift, you must first reference where the item was purchased:

A. If the gift was purchased online: Send it back to ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a gift card redeemable online or at IL CAPRICCIO store. IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive a gift card in the mail upon return, please note your request on the back of the online gift receipt, otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase. You may also return a ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com item to a IL CAPRICCIO store. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to a IL CAPRICCIO store.

B. If the gift was purchased at IL CAPRICCIO Store: Return it to IL CAPRICCIO store, along with your gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase. If your item was not purchased online, you may not return it to ILCAPRICCIOBOUTIQUE.com. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to IL CAPRICCIO retail store.

C. If the gift was purchased at a retailer other than IL CAPRICCIO: The merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
